Rice Dreams

Grains are small, hard, dry seeds that come from grass-like plants. They are a staple food source for humans and animals and are cultivated in large quantities around the world. Grains are rich in carbohydrates, providing energy for the body, and are also a good source of essential nutrients such as fiber, vitamins, and minerals.

There are various types of grains, including wheat, rice, corn, barley, oats, rye, millet, quinoa, and many others. Each grain has its unique characteristics, flavor, and culinary uses. Grains can be processed in different ways, such as milling, grinding, or crushing, to produce various products like flour, cereals, pasta, bread, and more.
